We are committed to continuous support of our customers after delivery of our product. Upon request, our service representatives are ready to travel to job sites with minimal notice. To support our customers, our service department provides the following services:Services “On-site”
- Installation, commissioning and start-up assistances at the end-user plant
Conducted upon customer’s request, at final site.- Preventive and corrective maintenance
Generally conducted upon customers request (at least during the warranty period); or upon End-users request.- Operators training
Training sessions are generally provided during the commissioning or Start-up activities, can be scheduled anywhere when required.
Services at or from O.C. Turboexpanders Facilities
- Phone Assistance (Help Desk) and emergency on-site service
This service consists of phone supports to the customers from O.C. Turboexpanders offices, it aims to provide help to the customer’s maintenance people for diagnosis, trouble shooting, … as well as a warranty of on-site assistance.- Repairs
O.C. Turboexpanders provide support to customers for part repairs. To reduce the time of the repairs, we keep some “basic” and/or “standard” parts in our “minimum stock”. At O.C. Turboexpanders facilities, a specific area is dedicated to the repairs and inspection of the returned parts, skilled workers are in charge of the reworks, upgrades or repairs when requested.- Spare Parts
A dedicated spare parts list is included in documentation for each O.C.Turboexpanders unit. We propose or recommend different levels of spare parts, depending of the user needs. (Parts for routine maintenance, yearly maintenance, regular maintenance each 2, 5 or 10 years…)
This can be discussed at the beginning of the project or upon customer’s request.
